Terms of service.

The agreement

These terms are between you and TechBiz LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company, which makes BOLDr Careers. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What BOLDr Careers is

A set of tools, guides and a step-by-step plan for running a job search: scoring resumes against postings, rewriting, rehearsing interviews and preparing for offers. It is software and information. It is not a recruiting agency, does not apply for jobs on your behalf, and is not legal, financial or career counselling advice tailored by a licensed professional.

No guarantee of outcome

We work hard to make the product useful, but hiring decisions are made by other people. We do not promise that you will get interviews, offers, a particular salary or any job at all.

AI output

Several tools use artificial intelligence to generate text. That text can be inaccurate, incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing anything the product produces before you use it, and for making sure everything you send to an employer is true. Never send anything that claims experience you do not have.

Your account

You must be at least 18, give accurate information, and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at hello@boldrcareers.com if you think someone else has used it.

Your content

What you upload and write stays yours. You give us permission to store it and process it only to provide the service to you, including sending it to our AI provider when you run a tool. We do not use it for anything else and do not use it to train AI models. You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload.

Plans, runs and payment

• Free includes the Career Report, every guide, unlimited scoring, and five AI runs a month. It does not expire.
• Paid plans are billed every month or every six months, in advance, and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are shown before you pay and may change; a change applies from your next renewal, and we tell you before it does.
• Runs renew each month on the day your plan started. Unused runs do not carry over. Scoring, checking and guides never use a run.
• Cancelling takes one click in your profile. You keep paid access until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free. Nothing you made is deleted.
• Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to harm or impersonate anyone, to generate false credentials or misleading applications, to overload or probe our systems, to get around run limits or plan restrictions, to scrape the service, or to resell it. We may suspend or close accounts that do, and where we can we will tell you why first.

Our content

The product, its design, its frameworks and its written material belong to us. You may use them for your own job search. You may not copy them into another product or service.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may end the service, or your access to it, with reasonable notice, or immediately for serious misuse. If we shut the service down while you have a paid period left, we will refund the unused part.

Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or 100 US dollars. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost opportunities or earnings. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Before anything formal, write to us at hello@boldrcareers.com and we will try to sort it out within 30 days.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
